鸡“Taco”Bar
Ingredients
- 6Chicken breasts和/或大腿cooked and shredded
- 1/2tspGround cumin
- 1/2tspChili powder
- 1/8tspCayenne pepperoptional
- 1/2tspGarlic powder
- 1/4tspOnion powder
- 1/4tspGround mustard
- 1/2tspDried oregano
- 1/2tspSea salt
- 1/2cupChicken broth
- 12-16Romaine leaves
- Topping Options
- 2Tomatoesdiced
- 1/2cupCarrotshredded
- 1/2cupCabbageshredded
- 4-6slicesbaconcooked crispy and crumbled
- 1Oniondiced
- 1-2Avocadosdiced
- 1cupBroccolishredded or diced
- 1-2Jalapenodiced
- Guacamole
Instructions

Add the cooked chicken to a sauce pan. Add the chicken broth. Turn on to medium low heat.

Add the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne, onion powder, ground mustard, and oregano. Stir to combine.

Bring the chicken mixture to a simmer, then turn down to low.

Cook until the broth has thickened slightly and chicken is heated through.

Add the topping items to individual serving bowl.

Stack the romaine lettuce leaves on a plate for serving.
